While Visionary Horizons is his primary responsibility, Roger has started several businesses in his career and has the experience to help many clients and community members with the establishment and growth of their own businesses. Roger, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, enjoys the business planning aspect and how it relates to clients’ personal financial plans. His business experience makes him qualified to help clients with the many challenges of running a business in today’s environment. Roger has become a valued advisor for high net worth individuals and business owners who need someone to help keep things in perspective with their long term financial and estate plans.
Roger was born in Germany and moved to Blount County as a child, where he grew up. He and his wife of over 20 years now live in South Knoxville with their dog, Guinness, and enjoy giving back to the people and pets of their community through volunteer work. They also spend as much time as possible outdoors doing virtually any type of activity, but especially hiking, camping and fishing. Roger is also an avid cyclist.
