Joe grew up in Kokomo Indiana. Shortly after graduating high school, he began a four-year tour with the Marine Corps. It was during his time in the Marines that he would marry his wife Kathy. They have been married 42 years and have two children, and four grandchildren.
Shortly after leaving the military, Joe worked with a small family-owned printing business. While employed there, he began working with his local church and decided to become a full-time minister. He worked with churches in Indiana and Kentucky over a 16-year career in the ministry, as well as doing missionary work in Lithuania. He began his insurance and financial career in 1991, first with Nationwide Insurance, eventually becoming an independent agent representing several companies. He received his first securities license in 2013, eventually joining Visionary Horizons in 2018 as an Advisor. Joe enjoys working with individuals as well as developing 401K plans for employers.
